US domestic shipping

Shipping is done via USPS. It will take 5 to 7 business days for an item to be processed and posted. Please read the return and cancellation policies below. At this time I am unable to ship international.

Returns

Jewelry: All sales on jewelry are final after shipment! Processing is 5 to 7 days.

Artwork:  All sales are final on made-to-order artwork after shipping. Processing is 5 to 7 days

Customs: custom artwork requires a $50 down payment that is non-refundable under any circumstance! Once the artwork is completed if the customer decides they don't want the custom piece for any reason There will be no additional cost to the customer. However, if the customer receives the completed custom artwork after approving the design and later decides they Are unsatisfied with the artwork They will NOT be getting a refund since the work has already been completed and shipped. If the customer wants a different design they will have to place a completely new order. Please contact customer service if you have any questions.
